Job summary

This role is a 12-month graduate internship in AI-Native Data Platform Engineering, focusing on building scalable and secure data platforms. Qualifications

• Passion for solving business problems using data and AI
• Strong curiosity and willingness to explore emerging technologies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a bias toward learning and experimentation
• Interest in understanding both technology and business domains
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development practices
• Interest in AI, machine learning, large language models, or intelligent systems

Responsibilities

• Help design and build AI-ready data platform capabilities
• Develop AI agents and MCP-based integrations
• Collaborate with domain owners to understand their data products
• Build APIs, services, and automation frameworks
• Contribute to the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Assist in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines
• Create proof-of-concepts exploring emerging technologies
• Partner with platform users to understand pain points
• Develop tools that help users discover datasets
• Support the implementation of governance, security, and access controls
• Participate in platform monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement activities
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Apply engineering best practices including clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure software development
• Continuously research emerging AI and data technologies
