The engineer responds to high-priority production incidents during the Australian business day, works with product teams to develop fixes and enhancements, coordinates operational handovers across regions, and contributes through mentoring and code reviews.

Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or senior product support.
- Proficiency with AWS or GCP, Bazel, gRPC, and Java, Golang, or Python.
- Ability to document complex issues for a global, asynchronous audience.
- Team-first approach to collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Respond to high-priority production incidents during the Australian business day.
- Identify recurring support patterns and develop fixes and product enhancements.
- Coordinate daily operational handovers with EMEA and US teams.
- Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and perform code reviews.
