Job summary

Provide technical support for the Kubernetes-as-a-Service platform on AWS, analyze and resolve complex technical incidents, and collaborate with development and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

  • Completed education or degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in technical support or modern cloud infrastructure operations
  • Good knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologies
  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
  • Analytical thinking and structured working style
  • Team-oriented with high service and customer focus
  • Ideally knowledge of ArgoCD, CI/CD, Grafana, ServiceNow, Keycloak
  • Good German and English language skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical 2nd-level support for Kubernetes-as-a-Service platform on AWS
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents and service requests
  • Deploy and operate SaaS products
  • Monitor platform and perform proactive error analysis
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and 3rd-level support
  • Document solutions, workarounds, and processes
  • Conduct changes
  • Participate in on-call duties
  • Continuously optimize support processes
