Job summary
Seeking an experienced 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer to support technology infrastructure across a multi-site environment, focusing on troubleshooting and cloud transformation.
Qualifications
- Experience in multi-site IT environments
- Experience in ISO27001-compliant environments
- Experience in Cyber Essentials Plus-certified environments
- Experience with Azure migration and cloud technology projects
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting across a multi-site IT environment
- Support and maintain infrastructure within ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certified environments
- Assist with Azure migration projects and cloud infrastructure improvements
- Resolve incidents efficiently while meeting service level targets
- Maintain high standards of patch compliance, backup success, and system availability
- Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Support security compliance initiatives and best practice standards
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and delivery milestones
- Provide excellent customer service and end-user support
