Job summary
This role deploys, administers, and maintains 3DEXPERIENCE platforms for client projects, ensuring operational reliability, availability, performance, and stability across infrastructure and application environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical incidents, supporting customizations, automating deployments and updates with Ansible, Git, and Bash or PowerShell scripts, and collaborating with PLM teams and clients on continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of PLM platform administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Systems Administration, or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE architecture, deployment, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, databases, application servers, and integrations
- Ability to diagnose complex issues across infrastructure, networks, applications, and deployments
- Proficiency with Linux distributions including Oracle Linux, RHEL, and Ubuntu, and with Windows Server
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Bash or PowerShell scripting
- Ability to work effectively in demanding, evolving operational environments
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills in French and English
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, migrate, and maintain 3DEXPERIENCE environments
- Monitor environments and resolve incidents across systems, networks, databases, and deployments
- Support 3DEXPERIENCE customizations and resolve deployment issues and regressions
- Administer and optimize Linux, Windows, cloud, and virtualization infrastructure
- Automate deployments, configurations, and updates using Ansible, Git, and Bash or PowerShell scripts
- Improve infrastructure and application performance
- Maintain technical documentation and lead knowledge transfer sessions
- Deliver solutions according to quality, security, and timeline requirements
