Job summary
Design, manage, and optimize RHEL workstations and virtual desktop infrastructure, including automated provisioning, golden-image and policy management, and capacity and performance engineering across VMware and Citrix environments. Improve monitoring and log analysis with Splunk and Grafana, strengthen secure remote access and patch management with Zscaler, and provide technical leadership while collaborating with developers, architects, integrators, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a software-related subject.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, DevOps Lead, Project Lead, or Product Owner.
- Ability to explain technical expertise clearly and contribute to technical discussions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and optimize RHEL workstations and VDI.
- Automate workstation and VDI provisioning.
- Manage golden images, data loss prevention, and policies.
- Monitor VDI capacity and performance across VMware and Citrix.
- Improve monitoring, observability, and log analysis using Splunk and Grafana.
- Improve secure remote access and manage vulnerability remediation and patching with Zscaler.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.
- Guide the team, safeguard technical quality, and make technical decisions.
- Collaborate with integrators, developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
