Qualifications

- knowledge of Backup & Recovery technologies
- knowledge of Windows Server Environments
- experience supporting Enterprise IT hardware
- Linux system administration skills
- knowledge of TCP/IP and networking technologies
- knowledge of software defined network
- knowledge of Microsoft stack technologies
- knowledge of cloud-native application platforms
- experience with Production, Reference & Development systems
- experience with MicroServices architecture platforms
- knowledge of 2 Factor-Authentication technologies
- scripting experience
- experience producing technical documentation
- analysis and problem-solving skills

- ITIL3 or ITIL 4 certification
Responsibilities
- conduct complex fault rectification of incidents
- support Problem Management
- perform Continual Service Improvement
- handle Change Request work
- respond to escalations from 2nd Line Engineers
- conduct advanced troubleshooting
- develop technical solutions to complex issues
- adhere to SLA levels
- ensure KPIs are met
- maintain documentation of system configuration changes
- assist in configuration and deployment of infrastructure components
- engage in infrastructure-related projects
