Seeking a skilled 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical expertise and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Qualifications
- Experience as an escalation path for junior engineers
- Demonstrated troubleshooting methodology
- Effective communication at technical and non-technical levels
- Experience with ITIL framework and service departments
Responsibilities
- Manage incidents from customers and hosted environments
- Update customers on incident progress
- Serve as a technical escalation point
- Identify repeat issues and root causes
- Support planned release management processes
- Participate in on-call rota for escalations
- Seek opportunities to streamline operations
- Adhere to operational SLA/KPI metrics
- Create and review documentation
