Job summary
OneSchool Global UK is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of change management and governance
- Experience with Ubiquiti and Cambium networking technologies is advantageous
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development
Responsibilities
- Act as a 3rd line escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
- Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance
- Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects
- Maintain high levels of system availability
- Ensure accurate documentation and ticket management
- Operate within Change Control and CAB frameworks
- Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors
- Drive continuous improvement and stay updated with emerging technologies
