Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT team. The role involves acting as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, designing and implementing infrastructure solutions, and driving continuous improvement across cloud and networking technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft 365 security tools, Exchange Online, and network infrastructure
• Experience with Ubiquiti and Cambium networking technologies is advantageous
• Strong understanding of change management and governance
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Act as a 3rd line escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
• Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams and stakeholders
• Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects
• Maintain high levels of system availability
• Ensure accurate documentation and ticket management
• Operate within Change Control and CAB frameworks
• Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors
• Drive continuous improvement and stay updated with emerging technologies
