Job summary
Experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join the Tangerine Group Information & Systems Technology team. This role involves ensuring the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure, acting as a senior technical escalation point, and supervising junior team members. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a significant ERP implementation.

- Experience with Endpoint security solutions (SentinelOne)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with NetSuite (advantageous)
- Experience with Desktop and server security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience delivering and supporting major IT projects
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise and prioritize Systems Technology team workload to ensure delivery against agreed KPIs
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and systems issues
- Install, upgrade, and maintain servers and core infrastructure
- Manage system availability, performance, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Ensure cybersecurity best practice is embedded across all systems
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation
- Support, coach, and develop 1st and 2nd Line colleagues
- Provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and networks
- Work with the Director of IT to recommend and deliver technology improvement projects
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support UK and international sites as required
