Job summary

Leads DevOps and infrastructure teams responsible for the systems that support software development, deployment, and operations. The role improves the availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments through SRE practices, resilient systems, disaster recovery, and faster CI/CD pipelines. The technology stack includes AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Jaeger, Kafka, and MongoDB.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
• At least 5 years of DevOps and SRE experience supporting high-request-volume distributed products.
• Experience using metrics to justify technical decisions.
• Ability to build relationships and agreements with neighboring teams.
• Hands-on leadership experience with complex CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment strategies.
• Experience implementing secure development environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining scalable cloud applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities
