Job summary
As a Junior CIAM DevOps Engineer, you support the management, development, and continuous improvement of customer identity and access management services for a secure energy network. With guidance from experienced IAM specialists, you monitor service stability and availability, help resolve incidents, implement changes and upgrades, and contribute to a future CIAM platform using OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
- Interest in IT, security, and identity management
- Interest in cloud technologies and modern authentication solutions
- Analytical, curious, and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and motivation to develop in IAM
- Use AI tools to improve work, while directing and critically reviewing their output
Responsibilities
- Monitor CIAM service stability, availability, and quality
- Help resolve incidents and implement changes
- Support technical and functional management of the CIAM solution
- Apply patches, upgrades, and improvements
- Answer user questions about the service
- Contribute to development of the future CIAM platform
- Collaborate with IAM program colleagues and ART IAM
