Salesforce Platform Engineer (H/F)

Job summary

The Salesforce Platform Engineer implements, configures, and optimizes Salesforce solutions for Incubation and platform products. The role develops Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud features; integrates systems through REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and scheduling tools; and maintains data governance, security, and compliance. It also supports testing, deployment, incident resolution, performance tuning, and continuous improvement in an agile product organization.

• Three to four years of professional experience.
• Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with Control-M, Autosys, or Salesforce schedulers.
• Experience with integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Understanding of AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong technical background and platform architecture expertise.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate in an agile development environment.
• Industry knowledge of relevant domain challenges.
• Ability to contribute to or lead an architecture community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce features for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Implement integrations using APIs, middleware, and job scheduling tools.
• Maintain data governance, security, and compliance across environments.
• Resolve incidents, tune performance, and support continuous improvement.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with squads and chapters to deliver technical components.
