Job summary
The Site Reliability Engineer supports and improves SaaS platform services, focusing on automation and platform-wide security, performance, scalability, and usability. Responsibilities include writing efficient, testable code, refining technical requirements, and assessing the feasibility and complexity of business needs. The platform uses Google Cloud services such as Cloud Run, App Engine, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub, along with Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, MySQL, and Linux.

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of cloud and serverless technologies
- Basic understanding of automation principles
- Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker
- Experience with shell or Bash scripting
- Experience with Python or PHP
- Experience building and deploying Jenkins or serverless CI/CD pipelines such as Travis CI or CircleCI
- Experience managing and maintaining MySQL databases and using basic SQL
- Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems such as CentOS
