Job summary

Seeking a Technical Account Manager with strong knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud technologies to support customers using EPOS and online ordering systems. This customer-facing role involves acting as the primary technical contact, ensuring system operationality, and coordinating with internal teams for deployments and issue resolution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS environments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Evidence of completing at least one cloud fundamentals certification from AWS or Azure
  • Previous experience supporting EPOS, eCommerce, or online ordering platforms (preferred)
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or Technical Account Management (preferred)
  • Exposure to monitoring tools, logging systems, and cloud operations (preferred)
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary technical point of contact for assigned customers
  • Communicate with customers regarding technical issues, deployments, and support
  • Ensure customer websites and EPOS online ordering systems are operational
  • Monitor live environments and respond to outages or critical issues
  • Perform testing, validation, and deployment activities
  • Ensure deployments, cloud infrastructure, and services run smoothly
  • Troubleshoot website, deployment, and infrastructure issues
  • Collaborate with Development, DevOps, QA, and Support teams
  • Support CI/CD workflows and release management processes
  • Monitor system health, uptime, and performance
  • Escalate and track issues to resolution
  • Maintain technical documentation and deployment records
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction
  • Work weekends or outside standard hours for deployments or critical support
