Job summary

The DevOps role focuses on building and delivering infrastructure across development, UAT, and production environments, with greater emphasis on Build than Run. The work includes gathering infrastructure requirements, advising on technical choices, implementing observability, testing and delivering infrastructure, providing technical support, deploying applications, and supporting AI solution rollouts using Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Linux, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and ELK.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes, GitLab pipelines, Linux, and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or ELK.
• Knowledge of Kafka and production environments.
• Familiarity with network flow requests and Active Directory service-account requests.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and security best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and ability to learn new technologies.

• Gather infrastructure requirements from stakeholders through scoping meetings.
• Advise on technical choices.
