Seeking an OpenShift Administrator with experience in Cloud platform operations for a strategic Cloud CaaS project.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in productive environments
• Solid experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Ansible, Shell Scripting
• Experience in incident management and resolution
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems
• Experience with change processes and service restoration
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external technical teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Fluency in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, track, and resolve platform incidents
• Analyze technical problems and apply service restoration solutions
• Escalate incidents to third parties as necessary
• Coordinate actions to ensure incident resolution within service levels
• Restore service and validate proper functioning
• Document incident status and actions taken
• Propose improvements after incident analysis
• Maintain communication with internal incident management team
• Plan and execute infrastructure and/or software changes
• Perform operational and maintenance tasks on platform elements
• Participate in continuous improvement of support and operation processes
• Work under Agile methodologies
