Responsibilities

• Manage and secure network infrastructure
• Install, configure, and administer internal services
• Maintain documentation
• Verify daily backups
• Conduct technology watch
• Manage virtual machines for development teams
• Ensure operational conditions for client production platforms
• Manage incidents
• Diagnose and propose workarounds
• Communicate with clients and project managers
• Proactively reduce production failures
• Handle alerts and security patches
• Install and deploy new production platforms
• Integrate new platforms into monitoring and backup processes
• Manage production releases and version upgrades with development teams
• Create and update automation tools
• Manage IT assets
• Provide user support for approximately 100 workstations
