Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development or DevOps engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD systems.
• 3+ years of programming experience with C++.
• 3+ years of experience developing automation for large-scale environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration.
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
• Experience with version control workflows.
• Experience building and maintaining monitoring systems.
• Strong understanding of networking and security practices.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for Unreal Engine game clients, backend services, and tools.
• Automate build, deployment, and environment management processes across Dev, Staging, and Production.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues affecting build stability and environment health.
• Collaborate with gameplay, backend, and tools engineers to eliminate workflow bottlenecks.
• Manage version control integrations and branch strategies.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for service reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment practices.
• Contribute to defining and tracking key engineering KPIs.
• Champion DevOps best practices across the studio.
• Foster a strong testing culture and mentor team members.
