Job summary

Design and build shared infrastructure for data generation, human-in-the-loop systems, and evaluation pipelines supporting frontier AI labs. Architect scalable, reliable, high-throughput distributed systems and platform services for engineering teams, using Node.js, Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS, and GCP. Establish engineering practices and mentor junior engineers.

• 6–10 years of platform infrastructure experience with full-stack capability
• Track record building scalable, reliable, high-throughput systems
• Experience with Node.js, Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS, or GCP
• Mentoring experience
• Human-in-the-loop data or high-growth startup experience is a plus
