Job summary

The Agentic Platform Architect / Systems Administrator at BGBx is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining the infrastructure for AI operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems administration, DevOps, or cloud engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML, automation, and enterprise software environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Working knowledge of LLM operations and secure data exchange patterns.
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Experience using AI tools in development or product workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure for internal AI platforms and services.
• Architect technical foundation for AI operating model components.
• Administer cloud and enterprise environments for AI workloads.
• Implement security measures for AI-enabled systems.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated provisioning.
• Monitor platform reliability and performance.
• Support secure integrations between AI systems and enterprise platforms.
• Operationalize governance controls for model access and data retention.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options and integration patterns.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and operational issues.
• Enable AI operating model to scale beyond pilots.
• Own infrastructure for reusable intelligence and standardized workflows.
• Protect quality and cost efficiency as AI usage increases.
