Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an early career AI and Automation Engineer to join their Technology Operations AI team. The role involves designing AI-powered automation workflows, building LLM/GenAI solutions, and developing scalable data pipelines to enhance telecom operations across North America.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years' experience in Python, SQL, Flask, Pandas, JSON, Angular or React.
• Strong experience with Python development and libraries.
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs using Flask.
• Experience with LLM-based systems and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and API integrations.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies and orchestration platforms.
• Strong experience with SQL and data processing.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI-powered automation workflows.
• Build LLM/GenAI solutions backed by Python REST APIs.
• Orchestrate agents with LangChain/LangGraph.
• Develop scalable data pipelines using Pandas/SQL/JSON.
• Containerize and deploy solutions with Docker and Kubernetes.
