Job summary
The AI & Automation Platform Engineer at Cembra Money Bank will own and evolve technical platforms for AI and automation, acting as a technical expert for Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or related field
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate
- Experience managing enterprise platforms and ALM
- Experience delivering automation, AI, or integration solutions
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Structured and solution-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Very good English skills for collaboration
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the technical platforms for AI and automation
- Define and maintain governance, architecture, development, security, and operational standards
- Support business units in implementing AI and automation use cases
- Develop reusable components and best practices
- Ensure stable operation and continuous improvement of solutions
- Monitor solution performance and service quality
- Manage platform configuration and lifecycle
