AI DevOps and SRE Specialist

Job summary

This role builds and operates reliable cloud infrastructure for apps and AI agents, keeping services fast, observable, and resilient. The work includes managing multi-environment infrastructure as code, owning CI/CD and recovery processes, improving incident response and actionable monitoring, and embedding reliability practices such as SLOs across teams. Relevant technologies include Terraform, GCP, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and scripting with Python, Bash, or Go.

Qualifications

• Strong cloud operations experience and hands-on CI/CD and IaC skills.
• Ability to diagnose distributed systems using logs, metrics, and traces.
• Hands-on incident response experience, including on-call work, leading fixes, and writing post-mortems.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Knowledge of networking, secrets management, and service identities.
• Use AI tooling to reduce operational toil.

Responsibilities

• Operate reproducible, multi-environment cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment checks, and recovery procedures.
• Configure logs, metrics, traces, and actionable alerts for applications, AI agents, and dependencies.
• Lead incident diagnosis, maintain runbooks, and test recovery, including automated rollback.
• Automate repetitive operations and use AI to accelerate log analysis, root-cause investigation, and fixes.
• Document technical decisions, define SLOs, and help teams take ownership of reliability.
