AI DevOps Engineer

Job summary

As an AI DevOps Engineer at Rabobank, you will design and deliver production-ready voicebot capabilities, improving customer-facing AI solutions. You will work closely with engineers to build and maintain the IT infrastructure for a voicebot that supports millions of customer interactions annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud engineering, including Infrastructure as Code and automated deployment of cloud resources
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for enterprise environments
• Knowledge of enterprise voice platforms and telephony integrations, including AudioCodes solutions and integration with cloud-based AI services

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines for Azure-based AI platforms
• Troubleshoot, optimise and automate cloud and voice platform components
• Build and evolve enterprise voice AI solutions by integrating AudioCodes Session Border Controllers with Azure AI services
