Job summary
The AI DevOps Engineer at U.S. Bank is responsible for the deployment, operations, and reliability of the AI-SDLC platform, ensuring it meets enterprise SLAs and security requirements.
Qualifications
- CI/CD — GitLab Pipeline / Jenkins / Harness
- Infrastructure as Code — Terraform
- Cloud platform — AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, networking)
- Container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
- Observability and monitoring — OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch
- Scripting and automation — Python and/or Bash
- Security and compliance operations — secrets management, IAM, PCI DSS-aligned controls
- Reliability engineering — SLIs/SLOs, incident management, cost and capacity management
Responsibilities
- Own AI-SDLC deployment, operations, and platform reliability
- Manage infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and operational support
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for platform releases
- Drive the shift to a centralized, hosted AI-SDLC service
