Job summary
Design and deliver AI-native solutions for software development, taking ownership from requirements analysis and solution architecture through implementation and production operation. Build Azure-based architectures and integrate LLM services such as Azure OpenAI, code assistants, and agentic workflows, while supporting AI-enabled CI/CD and DevOps. Work with product, business, architecture, and security stakeholders to meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.

Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or comparable professional experience
- Several years of end-to-end experience as a Solution Engineer or Software Engineer
- Demonstrated software development experience
- Experience with Azure Cloud; AI or machine learning workload experience is an advantage
- Practical experience or strong interest in LLMs, prompting, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or agentic systems
- Interest or experience with AI-assisted development tools and DevOps platforms
- Experience with modern architecture patterns is an advantage
- Analytical, structured, pragmatic, communicative, and collaborative approach
- Very good German and good English
Responsibilities
- Own AI-native solution delivery from concept and architecture through implementation
- Translate IT stakeholder requirements into AI-supported technical solutions
- Design and build Azure cloud architectures for AI workloads
- Implement and extend AI capabilities and integrations with services such as Azure OpenAI
- Integrate LLM services, code assistants, agentic workflows, and coding tools into systems and development processes
- Contribute to prompting strategies, AI skill orchestration, and integration of coding guidelines into AI development tools
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes and support AI-enabled DevOps workflows
