Job summary

Design, develop, and enhance a central AI environment, including an enterprise-wide AI/LLM platform and integration of AI tools into the software development process.

Qualifications

• Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, LLM APIs, AI Agents, or local LLMs
• Ability to independently explore new technical topics
• Structured and solution-oriented work approach

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a central AI environment
• Create an enterprise-wide AI/LLM platform for secure use of AI models
• Establish and operate a central AI Gateway for local and cloud-based AI services
• Integrate AI tools into the software development process
• Integrate local Large Language Models and external cloud AI services
• Build a flexible multi-model architecture
• Develop an internal RAG solution for documents and internal knowledge
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability functions for AI systems
• Continuously monitor developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and AI Engineering
• Transfer suitable new technologies into productive solutions
• Establish best practices, guidelines, and reusable components for AI use
