Job summary
The AI Engineer role focuses on integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms while driving automation and building scalable, secure AI solutions. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer or DevOps/MLOps specialist
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Identity (CI)/Corporate Design (CD) pipelines
- Experience integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI components into production systems
- Security-aware and familiar with enterprise standards for tooling
- Comfortable working in agile and cross-functional teams
- Very good English level
Responsibilities
- Own the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities into the software delivery toolchain
- Collaborate closely with AI Product Engineers and platform teams
- Prototype and validate Large Language Model (LLM)-based or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
- Contribute to AI-driven automation efforts across developer productivity platforms
- Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines, and service integrations for AI features
- Ensure traceability, logging, and compliance of integrated solutions
- Drive best practices for automation, monitoring, and reproducibility
