Job summary
Build and operate cloud platforms that move enterprise generative AI solutions from proof of concept into secure, reliable production services. Develop reusable infrastructure-as-code modules, CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, secure runtime patterns, AI service integrations, observability, evaluation controls, and self-service capabilities for LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI APIs. Partner with engineering, security, privacy, risk, and architecture teams to improve delivery, governance, reliability, and cloud and AI cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud; Microsoft Azure is preferred.
- Strong experience with Terraform, Python, CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Experience operating production cloud environments.
- Practical experience deploying LLM, RAG, or agent-based solutions into production.
- Strong cloud engineering and DevOps experience.
- Ability to solve complex engineering challenges and influence technical direction.
- Experience with additional cloud providers or AI platforms is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Build, automate, secure, and operate cloud platforms for enterprise generative AI solutions.
- Develop reusable infrastructure-as-code modules, CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, secure runtime patterns, and self-service capabilities.
- Integrate AI services and build observability and evaluation controls.
- Design and operate cloud-native platforms for LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector search, and enterprise AI services.
- Establish repeatable platform capabilities that automate security, compliance, and evaluation controls.
- Provide traceability for models, prompts, and agent workflows.
- Deliver observable, resilient, and supportable production services.
- Improve AI delivery speed, responsible adoption, governance, and cloud and AI cost efficiency.
