Job summary
The AI Platform Engineer role is centered on developing and enhancing an AI-Native Software Factory platform to optimize software delivery while ensuring quality, security, and governance. Responsibilities include designing and operating the platform, managing CI/CD pipelines, and implementing observability and security controls using technologies such as Kubernetes and Terraform.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE
- Experience with AI-assisted or agentic software development
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and infrastructure-as-code (eg. Terraform)
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or comparable container platforms
- Experience with observability, reliability engineering, and incident management
- Experience with software delivery lifecycle, quality engineering, and automated testing
- Knowledge of security best practices, identity management, and secrets handling
- Excellent communication skills
- Pragmatic, ownership-driven, and innovative mindset
- Ability to thrive in environments with uncertainty and rapidly evolving requirements
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and experimentation
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, operating and evolving the AI-Native Software Factory platform
- Establishing and maintaining quality gates, testing, and verification mechanisms
- Curating engineering standards, templates, architecture guidelines, and agent context
- Operating observability, security controls, and policy guardrails
- Managing platform configuration, LLM access, and cost transparency
- Supporting project onboarding and ensuring secure project isolation
- Driving continuous improvement through telemetry, reliability, and delivery metrics
