Job summary
This role operates AI services on a central analytics platform, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-efficient service delivery in an insurance environment. Responsibilities include automating deployments and CI/CD pipelines, implementing monitoring and observability for applications and models, and supporting development teams with operational and infrastructure needs. The work involves AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform or AWS CDK, and preferably GitLab CI.

Qualifications
- Experience operating applications on AWS
- Experience with container technologies and Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or AWS CDK
- CI/CD experience, preferably with GitLab CI
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Experience in established enterprise environments with centralized IT governance
- Fluent written and spoken English
- German proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Amazon Bedrock or Amazon SageMaker experience is an advantage
- Argo CD or Helm experience is an advantage
- Advanced Linux and networking knowledge is an advantage

- Set up monitoring and observability for applications and models
- Implement access controls, security requirements, and operational reliability
- Monitor and optimize operating costs
- Support development teams with operational and infrastructure matters
- Coordinate with central platform and cloud organizations
