Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to build, operate, and continuously improve the technical foundations for secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated testing.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable platform capabilities for enterprise AI applications.
• Create reusable reference architectures and engineering standards.
• Build platform capabilities for secure connections to enterprise data and tools.
• Partner with AI Architects to translate client needs into technical designs.
• Support the evolution of NewRocket's AI intellectual property.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies for improved delivery and efficiency.
• Establish and operate CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
• Implement versioning, testing, and change-control practices.
• Build and maintain LLMOps and MLOps capabilities.
• Develop automated evaluation and regression-testing frameworks.
• Support production operations for AI services.
