AI Platform Engineer

Job summary

Design, build, and operate enterprise AI and GenAI platforms for large language models and AI-powered applications, while evolving DevOps services for application teams. Develop CI/CD pipelines and scalable LLMOps and MLOps frameworks for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, evaluation, and governance using tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins and languages including TypeScript and Python.

Qualifications

• Development experience with one or more of Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C, or C++.
• Experience with application and system design patterns.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Strong experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of AI and GenAI platforms, LLMOps, and MLOps.
• Strong engineering skills across the SDLC and production delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop services integrated with the existing DevOps stack.
• Build CI/CD pipelines.
• Coach application teams on using DevOps offerings.
• Promote developer experience and DevOps best practices.
• Evaluate new tools through adoption activities and proofs of concept, and provide recommendations.
• Evolve DevOps services for application teams.
• Design, build, and operate enterprise AI and GenAI platforms for LLMs and AI-powered applications.
• Develop LLMOps and MLOps frameworks for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, evaluation, and governance.
• Build reusable AI services.
