Job summary

The AI Platform Engineer role focuses on developing and optimizing software platforms to deliver resilient and scalable capabilities for millions of interactions daily. Key responsibilities include building and operating secure Kubernetes platforms, cloud engineering across AWS and/or Azure, and deploying AI agents or LLM-based services, with an emphasis on monitoring and governance throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• experience with Kubernetes platform engineering
• experience building, deploying and operating secure, scalable Kubernetes platforms
• practical experience designing, automating and supporting cloud infrastructure and services
• experience deploying and operating AI agents or LLM-based services
