Job summary
Sky is seeking a Cloud/AI Platform Operations Engineer to maintain and improve production AI services. The role involves managing cloud infrastructure, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system reliability while collaborating with AI engineers.

Qualifications
- Experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or production support.
- Experience supporting production systems in a cloud environment.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with Docker and exposure to Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of Linux, networking, and cloud security.
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Strong communication and incident management skills.
- Comfortable in an Agile delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure for production AI services.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Operate containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar platforms.
- Monitor system health and improve reliability.
- Act as a frontline point of contact for AI service issues.
- Support Python services through log analysis and troubleshooting.
- Manage access, secrets, and security findings.
- Monitor infrastructure and AI service costs.
- Collaborate with AI engineers on applications using large language models.
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
