Job summary
The AI Platform Engineer builds and manages the on-premise infrastructure that data scientists and ML engineers use to develop and deploy AI, ML, and LLM models. The role includes developing container solutions with Docker and Kubernetes, optimizing CI/CD pipelines and GPU/NPU acceleration, maintaining platform security and performance, and enabling internal teams to use the platform effectively.

Qualifications
- HBO or WO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level
- At least five to seven years of experience in AI and ML infrastructure or a related field
- Extensive hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and AI and ML application deployment
- Experience with hardware acceleration and on-premise infrastructure development
- Basic knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and NumPy
- Ability to share knowledge and enable teams
- Willingness to undergo additional screening
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Docker and Kubernetes container solutions for AI and ML workloads
- Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI and ML applications
- Manage and develop the on-premise AI, ML, and LLM platform
- Monitor and optimize GPU and NPU acceleration for scalability and reliability
- Maintain platform security and performance
- Support internal teams in using the platform effectively
