Job summary
Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and governable AI services for a customer data and AI platform, meeting bank-wide standards for monitoring, networking, privacy, auditability, and regulatory compliance. Develop cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and integrations across Azure AI services, AKS, and supporting platforms, while enabling AI developer teams with templates and reference implementations.

Qualifications
- Strong Azure platform engineering skills, including networking and identity and access management.
- Knowledge of Azure AI services and Azure API Management.
- Experience with reliability engineering for AI platforms, including observability, scalability, and availability.
- Strong Python skills for troubleshooting and prototyping AI technologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices, version control, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Knowledge of generative AI and LLM operations, including security, governance, cost and token tracking, and rate limiting.
- Understanding of AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Awareness of security and governance.
- Developer experience mindset, systems thinking, and architecture modeling skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI infrastructure aligned with bank-wide standards for monitoring, networking, security, privacy, auditability, and governance.
- Prototype emerging AI infrastructure components and establish enterprise standards.
- Align regulatory requirements with enterprise architecture, security, risk, data governance, and platform teams.
- Support teams that consume AI platform services.
- Build templates and reference implementations for AI infrastructure.
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and platform automation.
- Integrate AI services with AKS and supporting platforms.
