Job summary
Design, build, and operate a production-scale enterprise AI platform runtime and shared services that help teams develop and run enterprise-grade AI solutions. The role covers Kubernetes-based infrastructure, LLMOps, model routing, RAG services, AI governance, and prompt and skills management, while establishing platform standards and ensuring reliability, observability, compliance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- Production-scale experience building and operating AI or developer platforms.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, networking, and platform operations.
- Experience with LLMOps or MLOps ecosystems, vector databases, embeddings, RAG architectures, and AI frameworks.
- Hands-on software engineering experience with Python and Java.
- Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of AI governance, compliance, safety guardrails, observability, reliability, and AI FinOps.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate the enterprise AI platform runtime.
- Provide shared AI services, governance frameworks, model routing, and prompt and skills management capabilities.
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, observability, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Define platform standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive AI adoption.
