Job summary
This platform engineer develops and operates reusable services that support cloud, data, and AI delivery for customer teams and engineers. The role includes building platform features, dashboards, AI agents, agentic workflows, APIs, integrations, and Terraform modules, while automating operational work and supporting incident response. The platform uses Microsoft Azure and AWS, with technologies including Terraform, LogicMonitor, and Puppet; solutions must be secure, reliable, and manageable.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, with deep experience in at least one.
- Experience with Python, .NET, or a comparable programming language.
- Experience with APIs and integrations.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Knowledge of AI and LLM solutions, with interest in or experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD and modern software development methods.
- Proactive approach, ownership, and motivation to identify and deliver improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop platform features.
- Improve the central dashboard and management environment.
- Build AI agents, agentic workflows, APIs, and integrations.
- Develop and improve Terraform modules and other automation.
- Set up human-in-the-loop processes, approvals, and guardrails.
- Analyze and automate recurring operational tasks.
- Support incidents, troubleshooting, and changes as needed.
