Job summary
As an AI Infrastructure Engineer at KLA***, you will research, evaluate, and develop next-generation hardware and software technologies for large-scale AI and machine learning workloads. This role involves designing and building infrastructure that supports model training, inference, and deployment, while ensuring high performance and security.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in systems engineering, DevOps, or ML infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience building AI/GPU clusters.
- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI infrastructure, architect and operate scalable AI platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies in AI infrastructure and develop reference designs.
- Integrate and lead AI compute infrastructure, diagnosing platform issues.
- Design and maintain high-performance storage and data pipelines for AI workloads.
- Develop observability solutions and optimize AI workload performance.
- Implement security principles for AI workloads and sensitive data.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to align platform capabilities.
