Qualifications

• Deep understanding and practical experience in operating AI/LLM applications
• Applied experience with local models in a corporate context
• Several years of practical experience in software solution development
• Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and operational topics
• Strong focus on cost and efficiency
• Good overview of current trends in the AI field
• Very good German and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the technical platform for AI applications
• Evaluate, set up, and operate local/self-hosted LLMs
• Make AI consumption and costs transparent and actively manage them
• Select and establish frameworks, tools, and standards for the team
• Bring successful prototypes of other AI roles into a viable operational state
• Be responsible for CI/CD, monitoring, and operational topics for AI solutions
• Present results and recommendations to technical and business teams
