AI Platform Engineer

Job summary

Build AI products and platform capabilities that perform freight-forwarding work alongside customer teams across the shipment lifecycle. Depending on your area of focus, you will develop customer-facing products, improve AI agent performance and reliability, or build platform foundations for concurrent agents and workflows, using Python, TypeScript, and React and working directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Build products for core freight-forwarding workflows in partnership with customers.
• Improve AI capabilities and reliability for classification, extraction, and complex workflows.
• Design performance evaluations and build the agent harness used across products.
• Build and maintain platform infrastructure for concurrent agents and workflows.
• Develop agent communication, scaling, data permissions, and observability capabilities.
• Work across the stack and collaborate directly with customers and founders.
