Job summary
Build and operate containerized production web services that replace fragile operational workflows and support internal teams and customer-facing processes, including onboarding and KYC. The role combines backend and full-stack engineering with LLM APIs, agentic workflows, and MCP integrations, owning services from architecture and testing through deployment, monitoring, and iteration. The work emphasizes reliable APIs, databases, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure rather than core ML research or model training.

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience building, testing, and operating production backend or full-stack web services
- Proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go
- Daily use of AI coding tools, with the engineering judgment to review, validate, and secure generated code
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or Google Gemini
- Experience with structured outputs, function or tool calling, RAG, evaluation frameworks, or agent protocols such as MCP
- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, relational databases, SQL/PostgreSQL, data modeling, event-driven architecture, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD on AWS or GCP
- Ability to build functional web interfaces or portals using tools such as React or Next.js
- Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Replace manual or brittle processes with resilient, version-controlled web services, APIs, databases, authentication, and CI/CD pipelines
- Develop customer-facing and internal operational applications, including onboarding portals, approval engines, and document and KYC verification pipelines
- Build LLM-powered services, agentic workflows, and MCP servers that connect LLMs with internal APIs, SaaS tools, and databases
- Use AI coding agents and promote reusable practices and workflows across the engineering team
- Own services from stakeholder discovery and architecture through testing, containerized deployment, monitoring, and iteration
