Job summary
This role focuses on enhancing and automating development environments within the women's health applied research team. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Jenkins, integrating SonarQube, and collaborating with the Data Team on MLOps topics like DVC and MLflow, while documenting tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Student in Bac+4/Bac+5 in computer science, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, or software engineering
- Interest in automation, continuous integration, and Linux environments
- Basic knowledge of Git, Python, Bash, and Docker
- Familiarity with GitLab CI, Jenkins, CMake, or MLOps tools is appreciated
- Basic knowledge of C/C++ is a plus
- Autonomy, curiosity, rigor, and a taste for teamwork
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and/or Jenkins
- Integrate SonarQube, automated tests, and quality controls
- Modernize build systems, particularly towards CMake
- Automate administration and configuration tasks under Linux
- Manage and version test data
- Collaborate with the Data Team on MLOps topics: DVC, MLflow, Apache Airflow
- Document tools, pipelines, and best practices
