Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing and automating development environments within the women's health applied research team. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Jenkins, integrating SonarQube, and collaborating with the Data Team on MLOps topics like DVC and MLflow, while documenting tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Student in Bac+4/Bac+5 in computer science, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, or software engineering
• Interest in automation, continuous integration, and Linux environments
• Basic knowledge of Git, Python, Bash, and Docker
• Familiarity with GitLab CI, Jenkins, CMake, or MLOps tools is appreciated
• Basic knowledge of C/C++ is a plus
• Autonomy, curiosity, rigor, and a taste for teamwork

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and/or Jenkins
• Integrate SonarQube, automated tests, and quality controls
• Modernize build systems, particularly towards CMake
• Automate administration and configuration tasks under Linux
• Manage and version test data
• Collaborate with the Data Team on MLOps topics: DVC, MLflow, Apache Airflow
• Document tools, pipelines, and best practices
