Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Application Manager for a temporary six-month period to support a client. The role involves managing incidents and problems, ensuring stable application operation, and coordinating further developments with various teams and partners. The Application Manager will also be responsible for analyzing requirements, documenting system landscapes, and driving technological advancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in application management or IT operations in complex system landscapes
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence
• Good understanding of system architectures, interfaces, and DevOps collaboration
• Proficient in using monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., Kibana, Elastic)

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and problem resolution, ensuring quick and sustainable troubleshooting
• Ensure stable operation of applications according to SLA and monitor system performance
• Coordinate further developments with business departments, DevOps teams, and external partners
• Analyze requirements and create or review functional and technical specifications
• Responsible for documenting the system landscape and architecture (e.g., LeanIX) and technological development (roadmap)
