Job summary
The Cloud Kubernetes Architect designs and evolves a secure, industrialized, self-service Kubernetes platform for internal teams and clients across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role covers EKS/GKE architecture, security, infrastructure automation with Terraform and Ansible, GitOps CI/CD, resilience, observability, and FinOps, while setting technical direction and mentoring teams.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of cloud engineering experience, with expertise in Kubernetes using EKS and/or GKE and at least one major cloud provider, AWS or GCP.
- Strong security knowledge across networking, applications, IAM, software supply chains, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Terraform, infrastructure as code, and GitOps CI/CD pipelines.
- FinOps awareness and ability to balance technical performance with cost control.
- Technical leadership and ability to align teams around a shared vision.
- Ability and willingness to mentor colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities
- Design EKS/GKE cluster architecture, including multi-tenancy, networking, storage, and observability.
- Integrate network, application, cluster, supply-chain, and IAM security controls.
- Automate large-scale deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure platform resilience and performance through high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and SLO-based observability.
- Lead FinOps efforts and define medium- and long-term technical direction.
- Onboard clients and teams, mentor colleagues, and support capability development.
