Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a DevOps Platform Architect to design and architect end-to-end DevOps platforms, ensuring continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Over 10 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform architecture
• Proficient in infrastructure as code tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of containerization and microservices architectures
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Good communicator and team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills
• Fluent in French and English (oral and written) in a professional context

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end DevOps platforms for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment
• Collaborate with teams to define platform requirements and best practices
• Work with the center of excellence to implement automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring
• Evaluate and integrate cloud services and on-premise solutions as needed
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and high availability
• Monitor and optimize system performance and resource utilization
• Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture and workflows
• Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies in DevOps
