Job summary
The Kubernetes / Java / Python Architect designs and evolves distributed cloud architectures and microservices for critical systems in the aerospace, space, and air traffic sectors. The role industrializes Kubernetes platforms with Docker, contributes to backend development in Java with Spring and Python, and implements DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, security, monitoring, and performance practices across AWS, Azure, or GCP. It also supports project teams and establishes technical standards.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Kubernetes and containerization with Docker.
- Strong backend development skills in Java with Spring and Python.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, and configuration management.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and Infrastructure as Code.
- Ability to address security, monitoring, and performance concerns and support teams.
- At least five years of experience with distributed architecture, microservices, and/or cloud platforms.
- Curiosity, rigor, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Good English proficiency is an asset, depending on projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve distributed cloud architectures and microservices for critical systems.
- Define, implement, and industrialize containerized Kubernetes platforms.
- Develop backend services in Java with Spring and Python, ensuring quality and maintainability.
- Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD, deployment automation, continuous testing, and environment management.
- Design and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure as Code.
- Manage platform and service security, monitoring, and performance.
- Support project teams and define technical standards, best practices, and architecture patterns.
